Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CCAF Prep(the "site"), operated by Coulter Digital Services Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may export or delete your account and data at any time from your account page— see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, redistribute, or resell the curriculum, question bank, or other course content.
• Share your account credentials or use another person's account without permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse, disrupt, or misappropriate the service.

4. Content accuracy

We try to keep the curriculum, questions, and explanations accurate and up to date with the official exam guide, but the material may contain errors or become outdated as the real exam changes. Content is provided for study purposes only.

5. Payments and refunds

Ad-free access and AI-tutor credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we never receive or store your card details (see our Privacy Policy). By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's own terms of service for the checkout it provides.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Once a credit has been spent on a completed AI-tutor response, it will not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred, except where a refund is required by a consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, or where our own system failed to deliver a response for a charge (which is reversed automatically — see the credit ledger in your account). Deleting your account forfeits any remaining, unspent credit balance; it is not paid out.

6. AI tutor

The AI tutor is an optional, credit-metered feature that uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate explanations and lessons. When you use it, your question, relevant curriculum context, and your conversation history in that thread are sent to and processed by that third-party API to produce a response — see our Privacy Policy for details on that data flow. Like the rest of this site's content, AI-tutor responses are provided for study purposes only, may contain errors, and are not a guarantee of exam success.

7. Sponsor and ad placements

Free-tier (non ad-free) accounts see ad placements on non-quiz pages. Purchasing ad-free access removes them for as long as your account holds that entitlement. Network ads, when shown, are delivered by EthicalAds, a contextual, privacy-respecting network that sets no tracking cookies; first-party ("house") promotions of our own features may also appear.

8. No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will result in exam success. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCAF Prep and its operator disclaim liability for any damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the site.
